H-500... a formula to your strongest self
Straining to have more hours in the 24/7 frame is an impossible mission to accomplish. Therefore, I have decided to try another angle. Instead of expanding something that can’t be expanded given the laws of nature, I tried to expand my endurance and strengthen my energetic potential. I did so by the means of H-500, a Coral Club product, that is aimed at preventing oxidation, boosting vitality, mental and physical capacity.
H-500 has proven itself to be quite a powerful antioxidant that does not let free radicals conquer the body. Providing protection from them, H-500 helps the body to improve its restorative potential. If that is so, I am sorry for the impression created. I do get the general health principles that one might want to base daily routines around. Of course, one size doesn't fit all.

You can’t fight with that and I am not trying to do that too. Unfortunately, as I have also mentioned not once, it is extremely difficult to make things that much balanced. Rutger Bregman says that working less can solve all our problems and increase productivity.
We are still trying to reach that goal, however, there are only a handful of people who have that thing covered. Others keep thinking about how to expand the day and make it longer for all the work and chores.
Perfection is hard to achieve, but...
Given that I belong to the category that always lacks precious hours, I hardly make it to balancing stuff. Just having stuff is OK, like chewing some food, without arranging micro and macro into a strict order, sleeping without pre and post-meditation, but with a deprived hours schedule. And stress is a fuel to pass through the day. Awesome.
That’s why when there is something that keeps me energized, alive, and fully functioning, supporting me through the hectic reality of my days, why not appreciate that and give it a try. I do not consume something that I have thoroughly researched.
I trust the Coral Club products just because I have been with it for quite a while and the effects I observe satisfy me quite enough. Everything works in a complex. To me, supplements are a huge part of a complex and I genuinely rely on them.
The choice is always yours since you know your body the best. If there are things that work for you and do not require an extra supplement boost for your daily routine - great.
